We’re happy to have you as a new patient and can’t wait to see you for your first appointment! Follow these steps to prepare for your visit.
Confirm Your Appointment
We’ll contact you in the days leading up to your appointment to confirm the date and time. If your schedule changes, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a $50 fee for cancelling an appointment without 24 hours notice.
Gather Dental Records
It can be helpful for the dentist to have access to records from your previous dentist, if you have one. You can ask your dentist to provide your records or send them to us directly. We can also assist with this process.
TIP: Speed up the registration process by completing your new patient registration forms online before your appointment.
Note Any Pain
If you’re experiencing any tooth pain or sensitivity, please make note of it prior to your appointment and plan to share that information with Dr. Hendricks. We’ll be able to see potential issues during your exam, but we always like to hear feedback from our patients.
Keep Brushing and Flossing
Clean teeth are the perfect start to any appointment. We recommend patients brush after each meal and floss daily. Brushing, flossing and and regular visits to the dentist are the best ways to maintain a healthy mouth.
