I haven’t been to the dentist in longer than I would like to admit. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and Hendricks Family Dentistry was VERY welcoming. Dawn was my dental hygienist who was amazing and explained everything asked. I saw Dr. Frys who was really friendly and welcoming too. They were both awesome as were the rest of the staff there! I recommend going here. I’ll definitely be back in 6 months.

Nadia was my dental tech and she helped get everything set up for my visit and was very dedicated and task oriented. She was caring and understanding of what I was there for. Grace from the front desk was kind and courteous going over the charges and made me feel like a person and not just another number in a computer somewhere. She also checked me out and got me situated for my next appointment. She had a gorgeous personality. Dr. Anthony completed what I was there for with professionalism and a great bed side manner. I get quite anxious and he and the rest of the staff was able to ensure my needs and mentality was cared for. While just minutes from my house, I would drive farther just for the care and detail to making me feel like a person not just a number. Thank you. If you can get me in sooner than March, let me know. We went over the problem, took some Xrays and started to discuss a solution The rest of the staff including the front desk staff to the XRAY tech made me feel comfortable and welcome and not just another payment. Words can’t express the gratitude I have for the team at Hendricks Family Dental. They truly flipped the average dental experience on its head. Walking in I felt completely humiliated due to a dark period in life full of bad decisions. I am typically very attached to my regular doctor in all facets. However, I saw Dr. Frys and she was very sweet and gentle with me and made me very comfortable. If you're considering Hendrick's Family Dentistry for you or your family, I highly recommend them. Their entire staff is freindly and professional, and the office itself is so comfortably arranged. You will not feel like you are in a sterile environment, but a nature walk.

I saw Dr Anthony about my broken molar. It was gone all the way to the gum line. I was previously told about the possibility of getting an implant. So I knew he would tell me this. I am the BIGGEST baby when it comes to ANYTHING medical. I had pain in a tooth that had a root canal over 18 years ago. In the middle of the night, there I was on google looking for dentists near me, while having a mini panic attack. I found Hendricks Family Dentistry, and all the amazing reviews. Julia was my introduction to the practice. A gentle kind young lady who took me through a series of questions designed to get to know me. Julia took my x-rays and got me ready for Dawn, the hygienist. Dawn took her time reading the x-rays, and then cleaning my teeth. She gave me excellent suggestions on my future dental work and care. Bryan identified Dr Jamison as one of the very best in their dental class at Ohio State. Dr Jamison, Dr Rogers, their dental assistants, Hygienists, and front office staff are all friendly, professional and very effective in their care of patients. I have received regular preventive care, a couple of crowns and successful treatment for a challenging issue with one of my molars. So I have major dental anxiety. When I lived in Texas and then Michigan, I used to schedule my dental appointments around trips back to Ohio. Then my dentist retired. I did not go to a dentist for a few years and was recommended to Hendricks dental by a good friend of mine because the dentist I was taking my son to wanted to put him under anesthesia and do 4 fillings on baby teeth. I brought him for a second opinion and they were WONDERFUL. The previous dentist for my son basically refused to send over his x-rays, so they retook them in the office. Dr. Jamison said that he in fact didn't need ANY fillings at all, that he should just start rinsing with fluoride mouthwash and he did not charge me for the new set of xrays or consult. I was shocked. This put me at ease enough to book my own appointment. They are so kind and thoughtful. I trust them so much that I do not have to take my anxiety medication before my appointments which is HUGE. I've been coming here for two years now and recommend the practice to everyone I possibly can. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Hendricks Family Dentistry wants their patients to be comfortable and realize there are so many people out there who put off going to the dentist out of fear. I admit, I am one of those patients. Unfortunately doing that for years and years, I had to pay the price in the long run. That's why Hendricks Family Dentistry goes the extra mile to try & give you the most comfortable experience. They hygienists are amazing. You will be given a list of options to help you feel at ease. Some of the examples are but not limited to Nitrous oxide (better known as laughing gas), wifi, your chose of cable tv selections, warm blankets, etc. Heck, I even take advantage & use the nitrous oxide for just a cleaning. The dentists genuinely care about their patients. The dentists are honest with. They listen to their patients & will never give you a sales pitch or pressure you to get your money. I agree, dental problems can be very expensive from cavities to crowns to root canals. I was very relieved to know the dental office can do a crown in one day and not have you come back a second time. If you can't afford your procedures, the office can refer you to finance company or make monthly payments. Don't be like me & wait years before going to the dentist. I highly recommend the dentist and office staff at Hendricks Family Dentistry

I’ve had a veneer procedure done on my front tooth by someone out of state. Some time later the veneer fragmented and detached. I was in a panic and devastated with how it looked. I called my significant other and she was able to set up an appointment for me on very short notice. I arrived the next day at Hendricks Dentistry and they had cleaned and fixed the veneer within minutes! Dr. Jamison Hendricks and his staff are fantastic! Their care and compassion are second to none. I can’t overstate how great this place really is. The office is super clean. They make dental care painless and anxiety free.

My insurance doesn't include dental coverage. I took advantage of their $99 x-ray and cleaning offer, and it was perfect for my situation. Staff is polite and very sociable. This is definitely an office where you feel as though they take their time and aren't in any hurry to get you out the door. It's a refreshing change of pace, actually. Had my first appointment today. First impression was of a beautiful office space, created with some definite intention. Soothing colors, soft lighting and a very welcome atmosphere greeted me. I first met Amy at the desk who smiled warmly and greeted me with "welcome to our dental practice, thank you for coming!" Then I met Nicolle who actually gave me a tour and asked me some simple questions about myself to determine what was important to me in a dental practice. She then relayed my answers to my hygienist Dawn. Dawn was pleasant, efficient and, most importantly, very gentle. She was also very informative and knowledgeable. My dentist, Dr. Jamison Hendricks maintained the same theme, mentioning my priorities as I shared them with the other staff and focusing on my comfort. He was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel really good about my choice of dentist. His assistant, Teri was also extremely nice and ensured that all my questions were answered prior to escorting me back to the front desk. This is clearly a top notch operation with a focus on detail. Simply, they just get it. I cannot make a higher recommendation. They were terrific.

After moving back to town after being out of state for over 10 years, I went online to find a dentist in or near Brunswick. After reading the favorable reviews, I decided to make an appt at Hendricks. I was welcomed by the front desk employees who are very personable and friendly. I could tell they really like their jobs and that says a lot. Julie gave me a quick tour of the facility and I was very impressed by how state of the art everything is and the fact that they even took me on a tour - no other dentist office has done that before that I've had. Julie was informative and asked if I had any questions. Dawn was very meticulous and thorough with the exam and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I know they didn't try to push unnecessary procedures on me as I've experienced with some past dentists which is why it is hard to find a good practice that is a good fit in my opinion. I knew I made a good choice for my Dental care with Hendricks. I began a treatment of teeth whitening that I am optimistic about, which I inquired about. I would highly recommend Hendricks to everyone.

I had a teeth cleaning done today. All the staff are very kind and courteous they explain everything in detail to you. They have a amazing office very clean and updated I highly recommend them they are in my opinion the best dentist office in Brunswick.

I love going to Hendricks Family Dentistry. When I was younger, I was so fearful of dentists, but not since going to Hendricks. I will only let this practice work on my teeth; and I have been going to this practice for over 10 years plus. This is a great practice, they are so friendly, and the dental work I have received has been outstanding, and I have never had any problems from treatment. I love the hygienist- she is an excellent and highly skilled dental hygienist and always makes me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend this practice. They are also very personable and approachable and answer your questions and listen to any of your concerns. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the hygienist and the dentist Dr. J. make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I cannot say enough nice things about this practice. They are skilled, professional, personable, and overall fantastic!

I am a “New” old patient of Hendricks Family Dentistry. I went as a kids for all my dentistry and orthodontic needs and now I’ve gone back to the original dentist’s son, Dr Jameson. Wonderful staff (very experienced) and I will be bringing my whole family with me! The amazing ladies in the front remember everybody and nobody is too busy to listen. I highly recommend them!! Holy Smokes I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this facility. The phenominal service started before I even arrived. The recptionist Amy was so sweet on the phone. I was in so much pain from an infected root canal. I called at 8:30, and by 11 I had no more pain. The facility is stunning, the atmosphere is so friendly. The assistant Niki (i believe was her name) was so caring and compassionate. The professionalism of each and every worker I came in contact with was something I wont soon forget. And the Dentist.......what a Pro. Felt nothing. He was gentle and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will refer any and everyone to Hendricks Family Dental.

The staff is incredibly nice and are always taking steps to make sure they are meeting your needs, and focusing in on your wants, needs and desire around your stay. You are always greeted with a smile The office has several hand paintings on the wall and ceiling make you feel comfortable and right at home. Great dentist experience overall! After several years of some poor dental experiences being new in the area I finally gave Hendricks a try and so glad I did! The friendly team and Dr. Jamison make a typically uncomfortable place to visit very comfortable with a calming environment. The office has beautiful decor, paintings of wildlife on the walls and ceilings, calming music and diffusers going at the stations, and the cleaning/procedure chairs are very comfortable. I’ve had two crowns redone recently and they do a fabulous job using the same day in office process making it easy for working parents to get in and out. I highly recommend Hendricks Family Dentistry!

My biggest fear in life is the dentist....... A wonderful friend I went to high school with, Kathy said that her son just joined this great practice.... try them!!!!!! Well this AM I faced my fear and had an appt at Hendricks Family Dentistry with Dr. Rogers. From the moment I walked in the girls made me feel welcome and comfortable, then Shannon came and got me, showed me around the office, was very reassuring and said she would be there through my visit.
